Malchow was a subsidiary camp of Ravensbrück for female and male prisoners. It opened in 1943 and was located in the German state of Mecklenburg in the district of Waren. The prisoners were forced to work in the construction of the camp and for the Sprengstoffchemie Werke manufacturing ammunitions.
