Definizione

There were two subsidiary camps of Buchenwald in Dessau, Germany. The first was opened on July 25, 1944, and closed on February 3, 1945. Its inmates were compelled to manufacture plane parts for the Junkers-Flugzeug und Motorenwerke and the Flugzeug-Stammwerk in Dessau. The second was opened on October 26, 1944, and closed on April 11, 1945. Its inmates were compelled to work for the Dessauer Waggonfabrik AG making railroad cars. (en-US)
