Definition:
Town in Lwów province. The ghetto was established in August 1942 after the first Aktion against the Jews. About 1,500 remaining Jews were deported to the ghetto. The second Aktion took place on December 12, 1942, and several hundred Jews were deported to the death camp Belzec. The last Aktion was carried out on April 13, 1943, and the ghetto was liquidated.
