Use for general discussions of resistance in the camps discussions of acts by prisoners in the camps (or by camp prisoners outside the camps) intended to contravene the policies of, or undermine the authority or stability of Nazi or Axis powers. Also use for discussions of Jewish resistance against British rule in Palestine that occurred in British internment camps. Additional information: Use a resistance descriptor term (resistance, non-violent; resistance, armed; resistance, spiritual), if appropriate. If the act was committed clandestinely, also use an appropriate clandestine activity index term. (en-US)
