Definizione

On November 3, 1918, Polish independence is declared. On November 10, 1918, Joseph Pilsudski takes control of the new government. On June 28, 1919, the Treaty of Paris requires Poland to recognize Jews as a nationality and gives it a corridor along the Vistula River to the Baltic Sea. Poland fights wars with Lithuania and Czechoslovakia (June 28, 1919) and the USSR (April 25 - October 12, 1920) (en-US)
