Christianstadt was a subsidiary labor camp of Gross Rosen in the vicinity of Christianstadt, Prussian province of Brandenburg, Germany. The Christianstadt labor camp housed female prisoners. Inmates were compelled to do road and railroad construction work for the following firms: Dynamit AG Nobel, Siemens-Bauunion GmbH, Boswau und Knauer, Becker und Zelle, Gebrueder Hermecke, Firma Reckmann, and Firma Sturchan. The camp was evacuated between February 2-3, 1945 to Bergen-Belsen. (en-US)
